This choice is an undeniable shift in one's personal consciousness, an experience that becomes forevermore obvious due to successfully forsaking all conscious & emotive acts of intention. Thus, by giving up all effort to control, direct or manipulate one's personal experience with attention i.e. surrendering thy will, God's Will becomes apparent as an intuitive effortless effort arising within and without as a literal increase in visible luminosity.

     Experientially, if you knew how to be enlightened right now, you would witness all perceptions increase in luminosity as Thy Light is consciously seen to be universally beneficial while simultaneously reproving any difficulty with the most inspiring and insightful, intuitive-knowledge-wisdom. Yet, once enlightened for a moment by experiencing The Primal Meditation, God requires us to become perfect in his sight to remain enlightened.

       Such is the beginning of the path of Sanctification by which every child of God may pass from Salvation unto Liberation, from ignorance to knowledge, and from suffering to freedom by committing oneself to be Holy:

   To be Holy is to be morally perfect, blameless, saint-like, knowledgeable & faithful to God, The Father. It is 100% non-selfishness. Empty of concern, hope, fear, judgment, or blame. Without sinning anymore, nor feeling tempted to sin, such a person is full of peace, love, and joy upon the first moment of being Holy, and until the last moment of being saint-like until one is a Saint; just like Jesus as he said: 

Matthew 5:48 "Be ye perfect, just as your Father in Heaven is perfect."

     Similar to how perfecting oneself leads to sainthood, enlightenment begins with being enlightened; moment by moment, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, and year by year. Thus, the permanent stature of enlighten-ment can only be realized with a personal commitment to God, The Father that is based upon the experiential union with him. Hince, why Jesus said:

Mathew 6:24 "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."   

       Thus, right now you are either stumbling in darkness, fumbling with the old ways of thinking you know more than you do, and actively sinning in an unconscious commitment to feed your lustful desires; or you are actively thriving in a conscious commitment to Our Father, God; forevermore.
       In either case, I offer you The Primal Meditation as the #1 route to The Knowledge of God: The Primal Choice: Gnosis: the divine knowledge of eternity that bypasses the prison of the mind-body construct by using one's own light to return to the source of light: God, The Father. Such knowledge begins with "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding," followed by a literal shift in mental & visual acuity, an undeniable experience that is best realized with 100% commitment to God at the onset.
     However, a bit of experimentation without total commitment can be useful for some people who require a thorough comparison of what does and doesn't work; but only with a complete forsaking of the old life and an embracing of the new life [Gnosis] can you truly reap the benefits of your God-given sovereignty. Hince, why Jesus said:


Matthew 5:37 "And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. 38  But new wine must be put into new bottles, and both are preserved.

      The Primal Choice is that new wine; but when it is placed in an old bottle, an old life still containing old wining problems, the new life attempts to ripen with the old, but only serves to burst the old life into new problems; and so the old life comes back with its confusion pivoted at the practice instead of itself; not because the wine is insufficient or was ever bad, but simply because the old bottle is unfit for the new wine.
    Practically speaking, if one begins to doubt The Primal Meditation's authenticity, even after experiencing the Proof of the Truth in the Light, it is because he or she has yet to properly prepare their vessel to receive it.
      Such preparation requires one to recognize the cost of peace, love & joy; for it will cost you all of your likes, dislikes, wants, needs, preferences, all thinking, all believing, all assuming, and all-knowings. You must be willing to forsake everything you think you know & believe; relying solely on God, The Father in the experience of The Primal Choice. And this is what ensures your eventual Enlightenment as you come to See, Feel & Know The Primal Choice as what it means to be truly Enlightened, right here and now.

3) Pray to God, The Father to clear up any uncertainties; or ask me.
4) Once you are certain that all of the results are GOOD: Commit.
